Every tip is sent out by email, by Mr X.

All bets are also listed on the website - with results updates - on the 'Latest Bets' page.

The tips will be listed on the website after the email has been sent out, and the results are updated throughout the week.

The results from the previous week will always be updated in full on the website by Monday morning, and Mr X also sends out free results updates by text message.
