Betting Rules

Bookmakers settle bets placed with them based on their specific rules. These can be found on any bookmaker’s website, usually under Sportsbook Rules or Betting Rules, or in the Help section.

We will always quote the result of a Bet Bank Alerts tip (eg. Won, Lost or Void) based on the rules of the bookmakers quoted in the original Bet Bank Alerts text message tip.

On some occasions bets may be settled with different outcomes to those posted on the website, depending on the bookmaker you have placed your bet with.

However this is rare and usually only applies to our Tennis bets, as bookmakers have varying rules on paying out or voiding a bet if a player does not complete a match. See the Tennis Betting Rules article below for more information.
